Gandy
hey all,So i finally got around to unboxing my new keyboard, however after about 5 minutes of playing it, it just goes "dead" and i have to unplug and re-plug the usb cable in and then ill get about another 5 minutes worth of play then it dies again.Ive tried using a different USB cable but no luck, the only other thing i can think of is the iMac is just giving it enough power and to try using a 9v power supply with it. I dont have one on me so i cant try, but has anyone come across similar issues with their midi keyboards?
Mitch
Do you have a powered USB hub you could try run it through?

Mitch
Sounds like a power issue. However on their website they say even an iPad can power it, so an iMac should be able to as well you'd hope.I have a roland 49 key into my macbook pro and never had any issues powering off usb
