Live broadcast and screen capture

just wanna know if anyone has done this before, or can point me in a simple direction of getting it started. cupe recommended Veetle when i asked the question before, but i wanna know how i could stream live using a screen capture, like you see on youtube etc… i wanna give it a go so i can produce live, or use it to try explain things a little easier
