Future Classic flagship producer Flume goes full Chuck Norris with the help of lighter, a tin can, robots, and some software and tablets powered by Intel to make a new song. With his trusty new (friend) ‘Felix the Robot Conductor’ computer by his side, the Aussie went out to experiment in making a new tune.

Filmed at Sydney’s Carriageworks, Flume’s #LookInside adventure is a short film that visually showcases how all the instruments came to life to perform the new original track live. The result is an infectiously catchy signature track that’s clarity through use of live sampling is second to none.

“I love the challenge of writing music for a particular project and a defined theme. I find working within these boundaries inspires, rather than limits, creativity. This project was a great opportunity to showcase what can be achieved when technology, innovation and creativity come together”

Incredibly it took twelve weeks of production, 2000 developer hours and more than 60 active Intel-powered tablets to complete this project. Feast your ears and eyes on this extravagantly catchy melody and soon to be released song!
