Maybe your cache needs clearing etc

I use chrome too (simultaneously to firefox) every day and can see it all fine.

The other possibility is you're looking at a forum section where it is disabled (ie. offtopic).

its cool mate. You're not a dumb ass.

it was designed around people giving thumbs up in the areas where 'dj/production etc' help has been given.

not in places where you can thumbs up a funny youtube clip etc
