Armed with a pair of Pioneer CDJ 2000’s and function1 speakers, with a backset of sun, sea and sand, Newcastle born Richy Ahmed kicked off Boiler Rooms ‘Jamie Jones presents Paradise’ Ibiza villa takeovers with a chilled out house music mix, perfect for the beautiful coastal Ibiza setting.

Richy has rapidly risen to the forefront of the scene this year, being a resident at Paradise and being part of Hot Creations inner circle, Richy has been playing out at infamous clubs and huge dance music festivals across the globe and is regularly tipped as one to watch by the likes of Jamie Jones, Damian Lazarus, Clive Henry and Seth Troxler.

The mix focuses around the fresh underground house sounds of 2013 featuring ‘Legendary’ from Cassio Kohl, Dubspeeker’s ‘My World’ and Lake People – ‘Point in time’, which is smoothly mixed into Phonique’s ‘For the Time Being.’ Finishing off on the setting of the sun with Jacob Korn’s ‘You & me’ (with break sl feat. tabitha xavier) Richy sets the perfect scene for Jamie Jones & Dyed Soundorom who keep things rolling.
