no D minor is Dm i think, its a 7A on the Chamelot scale if that helps.

I think its next to E-Flat minor.

Yeah I dono mate, as I said, I dont know a great deal about Dubstep. Just make it a full length track, In house, that would be equal to a 32 bar intro or round abouts.
