Is Native Instruments Releasing a New Controller?

I have been calling up all stores around Melbourne in regards to buying a Traktor Kontrol S4 and they all have it priced at $899. The resellers say that Native Instruments sold them it for around that price. Which is lower that the previous price of $1099.

On the website it says "new price". Would that be possibly because they want to sell out all the current S4's to make room for some new updated S4?

Or because the used market for them is becoming more saturated and they need to lower the price to continue to keep people's interest in buying it over a lower priced but similar performing product?
