Ill be picking up a ddj-sx nek year, it's like an s4 but with good jog wheels

s2 is good but not enough buttons for press press djing.

get an f1 with it for full control of remix decks. Combo of s2 and f1 > s4 for less money IMHO.

also: dont write off itch just yet... any itch controller gets updated to full serato dj over the course of the next few months.

i already have an audio 8 and I only want to mix, I'm used to my rugged vinyl decks that have no press press

So I think S2 will do the job

i think they are for 2 different purposes, X1 for laptopless navigataion and more mixer type effects/control via tsp, F1 is dedicatied to using the 4 remix decks in TSP 2.5

I would personally go the serato controllers, the software is already sick and they are bringing out a new one soon

^ I kind of agree but would wait until the latest serato DJ roll out has finished to really get the lowdown on bugs etc and which is really best.

but if we all always waited until the next product roll out we would never buy anything...
