crazy domains

cant figure out how to get my hosting space pointed at www.hitechrecords.com

really shitting me. i'll call service soon but just wondering if anyone has had experience and knows how to?

SO i've changed the names servers on the domain to my hosting space which is fine. thats all sweet the problem i'm having now is that in my hosting account the domain it registered to is hi-techrecords.com NOT hitechrecords.com which is the right one and i cant seem to change it within the Cpannel. any ideas?

and for some reason the wordpress update process inside the CMS isn't working

i seem to be having the same problems with installing plugins gets to "unpacking.." then just jams up

also can't seem to upload photos via wordpress which is a massive pain. i'll leave it for a bit might have something to do with crazy domains only fixing / starting new hosting space for me today

could be a server side setting they need to adjust

it might be getting blocked

i've also changed the permissions on the wp-content & wp-plugin files from 755 to 777 with no luck. changed it all back now.

it's a hidden file which you can gain access to/ edit via file manager (in cpanel)

very briefly read that, and all related to editing some code (like .htaccess)

i'm also not sure how dog shit crazy domains cpanel or file manager are these days... holla if you need a hand

if you know how to fix it by all means give it a crack. other wise i'll just call crazy's and get them to do it if they can understand me.
