A+RTS (also known as Artist and Repertoire Talent Services) is a Sydney based all female DJ and Producer Talent Agency.

We are selective about the talent that we hold on our roster; we believe the talent we offer is the best of the best.

The Agency is run by females, for females. The Owner/Agent, Chloe Lane is a Dj, who studied Music (General) for three years and has also gone on to gain a diploma in Entertainment Business Management. Chloe not only knows the music business, but is passionate about this particular part of the music industry.

The services we offer our clientele are booking agency services and artist management services.

The booking agency services will include (but are not limited to): Live performance bookings, handling the financial side of live performance bookings, negotiating and concluding contracts, arranging publicity, and providing career advice in regards to live performance.

The artist management services will include (but are not limited to): Administration and accounting for all business ventures, promotion and advertising, negotiation and concluding contracts, career guidance, tour organisation, arranging publicity, organising merchandise, and scouting out record deals for producers.

I'm sure there's more than one female DJ on here. They may not all be very active, but they are around.

As for a pre-requisite of having to look like a model, for certain markets it definitely helps (not going there) but it's not a 100% hard and fast rule. There are many female DJs out there who while not un-attractive, don't us etheir looks as their main talent.

did my first dj lesson & meat with DJ Jemz....she's very nice, happy go lucky lady..she's got a good attitude & wants to learn..with a hard core passion for her music ( D&B ) & djing ..she got a good ear for beats & can mix, so its more about teaching her about music structure & using her EQ's & EFX's in the right place & at the right time .

.This might be right up her alley

Yes it's not easy being a Female DJ, Perth just doesn't really acknowledge giving the girls ago ! I have been lucky enough to have had 6 years of live fun although not always! Entirely The Style I'd prefer ,but in saying that a good DJ can play any crowd and Genre I will be def Checking out You Pages Best Wishes check my Mixes DJ Arlene /Sistum/D

Perth doesn't acknowledge a lot of things, unfortunately... however, you make a point actually. there use to be a few playing about the club scene but now they seem to be gone
