Saturday 24th November Chinese Laundry hosts the biggest Afterparty on the block, with not one, not two, but THREE massive festival headliners – internationals Flux Pavilion, Krewella, & Duke Dumont – all playing at the club straight after Stereo.

Laundry will be THE place to be after the Stereo, as we keep the festival vibe going across 3 rooms and the garden from 9pm.

Flux Pavilion is Joshua Steele, an English musician who jumped ship from being bands to being one of the most successful dubstep producer and DJs in the world. along with Doctor P and Swan-E, Flux is also the co-founder of the game changing crew that is Circus Records, He is best known for his 2011 single "Bass Cannon", which peaked at number 56 on the UK Singles Chart, and was placed on the Radio 1 A-List.. In August 2011 his track "I Can't Stop" was sampled by producer Shama “Sak Pase” Joseph for the hip-hop album ‘Watch the Throne’ by Jay-Z and Kanye West.

To use the clichéd words 'meteoric rise' is not a stretch. The young and unassuming producer has become, along with the contentious American emo-kid Skrillex, the face of the new strand of dubstep. It's full-fat, incredibly heavy, with pop hooks woven cleverly in with the bass. In December 2011, Flux Pavilion was nominated for the BBC's Sound of 2012 poll, as one of only two independent artists on the long list. On 5 March 2012, his track "I Can't Stop" was used in the viral Kony 2012 campaign, and was previously featured in SSX.

Duke Dumont

Duke Dumont is a London, UK DJ / producer, well known for his DJ sets & “catch you off guard” productions. In 2006, Duke was crowned Diesel U Music champion, beating thousands of other producers to be considered the best unsigned producer in the world by a host of music industry judges, consisting the like of 2manyDJs. Previous winners for this award include producers such as Mylo and DJ Yoda. He then rose to prominence in 2007 with the release of Lean & Bounce, featured on his debut EP “Regality” on Turbo Recordings. A fusion of low pitched vocal hooks, with a finely tuned techno lead, combined with an unbeatable bassline, created one of the dance records of the year. Championed by the likes of Erol Alkan, SMD, Switch, Jesse Rose, Armand Van Helden and literally thousands more. E sentiment can be placed on his Djing ethic, the Duke holding down regular sets at the likes of Fabric, Razzmatazz and Bugged Out, whilst touring from Australia to the United States, Canada and the whole of Europe within the last year, making him one of the most travelled and in-demand DJs in the UK. His ability of blending deep house and techno, whilst contrasting tensions defines him one of the biggest underground DJs on the circuit.

Krewella

Fresh out of Chicago's West Loop neighborhood, emerging EDM outfit Krewella are already looking like be the biggest thing out of the next wave of the US scene. Formed in 2007.. Krewella (Jahan, Yasmine and Rainman) first caught attention with their video for "Killin' It." and have been gaining fans worldwide since the release of their debut EP ‘Play Hard’ . This will be their first appearance in Sydney.
