x0russ0x
Thanks, that helped/Is it difficult to transfer files/movies from windows to a mac formatted external hdd?
Mitch
there is a few options.you can get an NTFS write driver for mac. paragon one costs money, there is another free one somewhere.other option is if you have two HDDs mac can read ntfs. plug ntfs hdd with data into mac, and empty hdd formatted as mac. copy across to empty hdd.or you can go oldskool fat32 but it wont fit HD movies due to 4GB per file size limit
Mitch
o just thought of another way.if you plugged the mac formatted hdd into your mac, then made the hdd a network share also, you could copy them over your network.
