nothing except they don't have your name on them, so they are easy to sell later. Online copies have your name + dob printed on them in an attempt to stop scalpers for reselling them for heaps more

Although it's pretty pish if you've got an online ticket then genuinely can't make the even and want to sell them on.

Generally online tickets can be changed up to 24 hours before the event.

Hardcopy is just cheaper and alot of people prefer the proper looking physical ticket plus its easy to just swing by a mate selling and pick them up.

Plus there are benefits for sellers/partners like the more my company sells we can host stages, get artists for after parties at out clubs plus local djs can play at the festival.
