SourceRaver
OK...Your about to head over to a friends place with a thumb drive full off MP3's to play on his DVS set up. You have already organised your library depending on genre, BPM, rating etc on your home computer, but you want to take this info with you. You could create separate folders on your USB but it doesnt help if you want to find a favourite track of a particular genre (ie more than one layer of variables). So the question is...Has anyone come across some software that allows you to organise your MP3 library on a USB. Ideally it would allow you to view the contents of the USB but also have extended details such as genre, BPM, ratings (ie replicate what you might have in I-tunes)?Cheers!(p.s. Tried ITM and got the usual BS!)
CBG
when you use mixed in key it tags your songs really well. BPM, key etc.THen when in traktor you can view these in the columns. Just organise the songs in genre on your USB.
