Pending
So I just moved into a new house and there's a wifi network everyone else uses it fine but I can't connect to it via my laptop I keep getting this error message Any suggestions? Also when I troubleshoot it says it can't detect any problems
Kodiak
Maybe go ask your neighbours why they are blocking you and not everyone else?

Mitch
a few things to try-delete from list of remembered wireless networks, restart then try rejoin-run an ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew in cmd. may as well do a ipconfig /flushdns while your there. restart and try again-reinstall wireless device drivers-reboot modem/router-smash laptop and/or bigpond router
GREMM1S
This sounds like a security or other setting compatibility issue, you have tried connecting close to the router to ensure it is not a signal issue?

ThatPartyGuy
could be that your laptop is having DNS issues or gateway problems.try disabling the wireless adapter and enabling it.have you set the ip address manually or is it automatically getting one from the router?
