GREMM1S Posted July 18, 2012 Author Posted July 18, 2012 Especially if you havnt played clubs before the last thing you want is stress about your equipment. But of course if you are used to scratch use that Quote
LiLMuNZtA Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 At the moment i only have a traktor s4 and two cdj800 (the most frustrating thing is having the cdjs there and not being able to use them haha) so for now i might just grab the scratch upgrade until i can put some more money together haha Quote
mattus123 Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 ur over half way there mateu can pick up a cheap 2 channel mixer to get you started if your looking at clubs i would definetly recommend using CDsafter an experience seeing some DJs try and set up their equipment in the middle of my set, i am forever turned off using that equipment in a club. long story short, the music got cut out for a solid couple of mins Quote

LiLMuNZtA Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 If it caused the music to cut off there would be no way in hell id even think about doing it haha and ill definetly buy that mixer off you GREMM1S ill inbox you Quote
Kodiak Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 At the moment i only have a traktor s4 and two cdj800 (the most frustrating thing is having the cdjs there and not being able to use them haha) so for now i might just grab the scratch upgrade until i can put some more money together hahaCan't you input them as C & D and use the S4 as the mixer? Quote
LiLMuNZtA Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 I tried that but only one deck worked with the fader and the other just played over the top, might try give it another try soon and see if i can figure something out Quote
Lurk6r Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 I've got an s4 and using it as a mixer with and without timecode. If you need help make a separate thread with your input/output settings and I'll see if I can guide you. Quote
