wazza
pick away my friend....the software and midi latency is good from what i have played with the demo...and not only can it run from a hardware sampler sequencer ..like a mpc, mv 800 or a 808 / 909..but also a software sequencer like ableton or any other DWS software , OR on the back off a VSTi so you can use say a MOOG keyboard vsti...as you play the keys you fire videos....setting was easy
yizzle
what software is it?I have an mpk mini. could that be mapped to it?
wazza
the software is grand vj..the software has maps for the mpk 49 and the apc 40 & 20...for your mpk mini...as with any keyboard ,the key will be map str8 out off the box...the pads & knobs you will need to map but thay are easy to map in the software
yizzle
so is grand vj easy to map like Fruity Loops, Ableton etc?also you said you were running demo right? are you happy enough to pay for it in the end or would you look around for something else.cause i see grand vj is $1,090.23 in AU to buy. seems expensive. but worth it?
