Man ive been using reason for ages now, Reason 4 was a big imporement strongly recomend it to all the reason 3 users. ive been on reason now for 9 to 10 years. So Just ask me anything you want about it, and im sure i can fins an answer to all your problems. Reason is easy to use and the ability to rack mount stuff and virtual patching is really cool just fiddle around. Still Reason has its down falls but using with a multitracker like Pro tools or cubase rocks. Reason is best rewired if you could be bothered, but it is still good as a standalone aswell.

Man ive been using frutty for a while too, i find that everyone has his own way of riding the music wave. Like mentioned b4 the best thing to do is hands on and just fiddle. If anyone has any questions just lay em on the forum it'll be my pleasure to help. Fruitty in my opinion is better for Electronic music, the option of next to infinite patterns allows you to play lego with your music, automation is easy, and VST's run like a charm. Reason is good too but the option of not being able to have sends (gating, sidechaining) and all that is a bum plus you only have for Aux's for fx. Fruitty on the other hand is much more complex i think. But Essentially Reason is dope with friutty can be trick at first but you can pimp it. but reason in pro tools, or cubase rocks. and then add fruitty on top or whateva. Look at these programs as guitarists looks at different guitars they all do different things for different reasons. So what ever your weapon of mass destruction is just enjoy yourself
