yea thats what i was hesitant about aswell, at the moment i have it in the shade, there is a good breeze and warmth. i think that should do nicely cheers guys

if you wtahc some of those promo vids of the s4 and all the other controllers, you can see that there is HEAPS that you can do with it i wouldnt worry about learnign everything too quick and becomming bored. those controllers will keep you goin for a couple of years i recon

it was beer (the thread title ) so im guessing it may leave some stickyness i gave it a quick google, and some repair dude recommends cleaning hte circuit board ith a toothbrush and an alcahol based cleaner, so im prepaired to do that.. or tkae it to someone to get it done properly we'll cross that bridg when it comes thou ill do the upside down trick thou, cheers

hey guys, had my first gig last night and ended up gettin a beer spilt over my CDJ i got napkins and shit onto it straight away, so the CDJ still works, and all the buttons work.. except for the reverse switch basically, the whole deck is stuck in reverse which makes it pretty much unuseable any tips on what to do? ive been told to leave it in the sun for atleast 48hours if that doesnt work, im hoping its jsut the switch that needs replacing any other tips, more than welcome cheers guys/ hoddi

Had my first gig last night, a mates 21st got there round 8, was set up and started playing round 830. Started the night with progressive house, and gradually built up the set into more recognizable tracks. after speeches i dropped all the big tracks, had everyone dancing, had lots of people complimenting me throughought the night, had a few people tell me they'll give me a buzz next time they need a DJ, which is cool for me BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at about 11:30 some chick spilt a drink on one of my decks, which stopped the reverse button from working so now that CDJ is stuck in reverse which obviously meant i couldnt play anymore... so i stopped DJin at about 11:30 and just left one CDJ on and used it like an ipod. overall, awesome night up until 11:30 now im just praying it will dry out and be useable

Hey guys i jsut rented a pair fo speakers and dont wanna blow em so i was jsut wondering with speakers, are you able to put everything on max without blowing the speakers, like are they designed to be able to withstand maximum volume? i personally never put my home speakers on full cause i dont wanna break them. is it the same with DJ speakers? at the moment i have the speakers on about 3/4, my mixer output at 3/4 and i never have my up-faders much higher than 0 (maybe ill push it up to +3, +6 tops) i ran a search, but didnt find anything i was after cheers guys

HD25 cant compare them to other headphones, but these are built solid and have great isolation. winner winner chicken dinner

im assuming the thing in the top left is made of graphics and backgrounds could u go into photoshop and reduce the opacity, save the background as a PNG in theory itll show some of hte background through the banner which will help blend it into the images
