will be soon buying some 900's but still not fully understanding the midi function on them. does it mean you can run your whole system through traktor ?

so i was at my local dj store a few weeks ago and was told that as long as you have your rsa your allowed to dj in clubs from the age of 16. just asking if anyone jas heard anything about this and whether or not its true.

i like the look of the denon. have you seen the 2 new pioneer ones coming out soon. look pretty good.

i have just kept the origional boxes they came in with Styrofoam. been using for a year and still going good.

i dont know about you guys but power surges are a regular occurence for me and im pretty sure i have figured out it is my smoke machine beacause mabye one out of 10 times i hit it all the music shuts down and i have to quit out of my soft ware than start it up again. any suggestions on how to make sure this doesnt happen. ill put a list of what im running off my power boards. 2x 12inch powered speakers 2x cd turntable and 1 mixer 1x fog machine 4x led lighting 1xstrobe 1x laptop 1x hard drive 2x lasers (50mw i think) how many outlets do you think i should be using?

go the gc im just doin house parties atm not experienced enough yet or old enough to go club but still getting payed to do something i love doing

start off doing friends parties.then you dont have to worry about all the fancy gear and crap. first learn how to read the crowd. if that means just choosing the songs off an ipod to play next so be it.
