All you will need is Audacity and cable from mixer to laptop, RCA to headphone jack, 3.5mm from memory. Plug in cable, open Audacity and away you go. Remember you will have to play around with Audacity settings to get good sound quality. Don't have the volume on your mixer up to high and turn down the recording volume in Audacity. Its all trial and error until you find what works best for you. Good luck.

Had a few days off with Cyclone Yasi, couldn't think of a better way to use the spare time than work on this mix. Progressive House Top 10 Mix by Hobberz Tracklist: 1. Sax@Arena (Original Mix) 2. Missing (Fedde Le Grande Remix) 3. Drop That Beat (Original Mix) 4. Tequila Sunrise (Original Mix) 5. Groovy Baby (Hard Rock Rock Sofa Remix) 6. MDF (Original Mix) 7. Bridge (Original Mix) 8. Get On The Move (Alex Kenji Remix) 9. Grand Theft Ecstasy (Original Mix) 10. Tam Tam (Original Mix) So basically I sat down and listened to all the tracks one by one, and than started to construct my mix. Basically had a play around trying to find out what worked with what and where to drop and fade etc. Basically took small notes during the process and than went for it until I was happy with what I had recorded. Overall had a blast spending time doing it, and it helped take my mind off the cyclone. Look forward to these comps being more regular on ADJF and good luck to everyone else having a crack.
