  1. Hmmmm, that is cheap.
  2. They the first 1000's, MKII or MKIII? Pretty good price either way.
  3. So you can get diamond stickers and use them to write your DJ name on your laptop so everyone thinks your sick whale.
  4. Even if I decided to go 900's, I will buy them 1000's to if they are cheap.
  5. Thanks for your input Gandy. To be honest I am leaning towards the 900's but there is still something telling me to go 1000's.
  6. Ok so I am upgrading and have searched all forums and read all threads on the CDJ1000 MKIII Vs CDJ900. I know the differences etc, and still unsure which way I want to go. CDJ900- The USB doesn't really appeal to me because I use Traktor Scratch Pro and have all my music on my macbook. CDJ1000- Cant control Traktor with deck controls but again I have a X1 Kontrol so I don't need the deck to control Traktor. So I have found 2 kits I am looking at buying for the same price. Kit A: 2 x CDJ900's and DJM700 Kit B : 2 x CDJ1000 MKIII and DJM800 Share some of your thoughts with me guys.
  7. Well done mate.
  8. Welcome to ADJF John.

I have looked at this thread 4 times and it keeps failing to deliver.
  10. Im not familiar with tiny pic, but once you upload your picture you should be able to edit and resize etc. I use photo bucket and I can use it to resize images so I am guessing tiny pic would have a similar feature.
  11. I have seen a few Traktor Scratch Pro kits around. Will try find links for you. I only seen them the other day.
  12. Im not sure what an Audio 8 is worth by itself, but I'm sure it would be pricey. Maybe worth looking for a second hand Traktor Scratch Pro kit on ebay, gumtree etc. You should be able to find one pretty cheap.
  13. Thats sick. RIP DJ AM
  14. What site you using to host your images bud?
  15. haha, I love dj bl3nd's video's. So much enthusiasm and energy.
  16. In commonwealth bank terms. YES, but only until they find you.
  17. Here is a review of the Denon DN-MC6000. Awesome88 started out with the Traktor S4 but changed to the Denon. http://www.ausdjforums.com/modules.php? ... pic&t=4927
  18. From memory the Traktor S4 is around the $900 mark, and the Denon unit is like $1100-$1200. Thats off the top of my head. Karma has the S4 setup like in that picture and I think awesome has the Denon one.
  19. I would probably choose between either the Traktor S4 midi controller or the new Denon one. They both seem to be a pretty good design and look solid as. Using a laptop or cd's would just come down to personal choice and what people are comfortable with I guess.
  20. 1. Borrow a mate's laptop. 2. Download Virtual Dj for free off the interweb. 3. PC speakers. You said cheap right?
  21. Thats a point. Maybe he should rep us eh?
  22. Oi Karma, you wouldn't happen to be with commonwealth bank would you.
  23. My bad, don't mind me
  24. Cant wait for these to come out. Not that I want one, just want the price of the DJM800 to drop a little.
  25. Audio 4 sound card is a 2 channel unit and the Audio 8 is a 4 channel. Really comes down to how many channels you will be using. Pretty sure they preform the same, the only difference is how many channels they have. In saying that, if you only need 2 channels I would still probably go for the Audio 8, you may never know when your circumstances change and you need 3-4 channels. If you get the Audio 8 now it will save the drama of updating later on down the track if need be.
