No more than 3 scoops per day. And yeah switch it up every 6 weeks. Another good one that I am on now is Xpand Xtreme Pump. Also make sure you have no sugar intake after the drinks, especially if you have it at say 5pm and than go to gym. It can cause you to get no sleep.

Just had a quick flick through it. Not bad at all mate, considering you are not to familiar with using CDJ's like you said in your intro thread I think you have done pretty good job. If you can spend more time on the decks or pick up a set for yourself I think you will really benefit from it and improve more and more as you practice. And you will than have no reason to make pre-recorded sets. +rep edit: have to wait to give rep, will do it later

Do it Sol. It may not seem like much but you can learn a lot from it. Also it will give you more time playing to a crowd, help polish up your skills and give you a lot more confidence.

Yeah just for at home, my old table was a bit ugly. So this just helps it look a little nicer. I have a road case that I can just pack them up in when I want to take them to parties etc.

I have the 15" mac. Have found it to be much better than my old Toshiba, and yeah the back light display is really good. As for the 13" compared to the 15" I wouldn't have a clue. Im sure it would be rather similar but.
