  9. Hey guys, my DJM400 is giving off a little electric shock when I touch it. Its only a slight tingle, all the cables etc are sweet so im a bit confused on what it may be. Just wondering if anyone here has had this problem before or have some info on the matter. It only seems to happen when I run the backside of my fingers around the edge of the mixer.???? Cheers

    Welcome mate.
  22. Hey mate, I am only new to the Dj'ing scene and I have been doing alot of research in the last week or so before purchasing my first lot of Dj equipment. I too have read some bad things about the Behringer mixers. But everyone has their own opinion, and some people might love them. Now how cheap are we talking?, keeping in mind you get what you pay for. If you were to go for a 2 channel item you could pick up the following for a handy price(2nd hand), and will be a reasonable investment and should be fine for what you want. * Korg KM-202, which has built in KAOSS pad *Allen & Heath Xone 22 *Numark DXM06 I haven't used any of the above mixers, but what I found is the Xone 22 seems to be a pretty good unit. As I said, Im only new to the scene so dont rush out and buy one that I mentioned. I'm sure one of the pro guys will post soon and point you in the right direction and tell me I'm wrong.
  23. Cheers mate. But just paid for some gear today. Got some CDJ400 and DJM400 in near new condition (12m old) $1600. Not a bad deal I dont think, was the cheapest I could find.
  24. ha ha ha. Thanks
  25. What would I be expected to pay for a set of Cdj400 in good condition? The price everywhere seems to always be different.
