  2. nice feature of a screen on the controller
  3. 1. obtain chicken 2. ???? 3. profit
  4. both? nah i love djing but knowing that a stadium full of people paid to hear you play the songs you made would be epic
  5. hahaha, most of the parties i do are alright because most of my friends are into the same music as me.... it's mainly just so i can throw some of those random songs that everyone sings (shouts) to for a bit of fun to break it up a bit. you know.... "we don't need no one, to tell us what to do!!!" "fuck you i won't do what you tell me!" etc etc i know those songs, just so people don't name them lol but just examples
  6. anyway.... i don't have any experience with the other controllers mentioned in here.... but i have owned both the S4 and now have the denon dn-mc6000. Here is a review i wrote comparing the two. http://www.ausdjforums.com/modules.php? ... pic&t=4927
  7. sweet, thanks boiiiizzz
  8. i keep having this strange feeling of deja vu i keep having this strange feeling of deja vu
  9. sweet, thanks boiz. i have all the mos albums etc. but yea it's just all those top 40 or old songs that people wanna hear..... i'm sure i could just go to jb and get a "hits of forever" mix
  10. ah yea, forgot about so fresh. thanks mate. i have all the popular dance songs, just need those classic songs people request at every party that you don't think about
  11. i realised i need all those "classic" party songs.... and all the top 20 type hits from 2000-now... any suggestions on what cds have all these or where i can....obtain.... them? thanks
  12. that's essentially the same as the cdj400s, it really isn't a problem at all bpm counters aren't 100% accurate, they are there as a guide man. so the fact it doesn't show the bpm to a decimal place is irrelevant. i think he meant that he doesn't think the pitch control is accurate enough, as in moving it up or down a little bit, changes it more than he wants
  13. haha he's doin alright, give him a break
  14. ideal would be the Traktor Kontrol S4, the Denon DN-MC6000 or the pioneer DDJ-T1, however, you are looking at around $1000 for any of them, so unless you want to save more..... probably out of your price range. I haven't had any experience with the Reloop controllers, but i have heard that reloop are starting to get some quality gear out there. I had some Reloop RMP-1 cd decks as my firsts, and they were great for a budget, and had plenty of options, so i think reloop is getting up there with quality. in terms of the reloop DJ2 - it looks like a good starting point. it looks fairly basic, which could be a good thing if you don't have anby experience and want to get the basics down without getting confused. what do you want to get into djing for? is it a muck around thing or something you want to take seriously? if it's just a muck around and for parties, this would be fine.... but if you think you want to take it semi-seriously, even as a serious hobby.... you may find yourself outgrowing it in 6 months time and wanting one of the controllers i mentioned at the start anyway.
  15. if they slide and you have jog wheels to adjust it a little bit if it goes off, it should be fine. But also, they may not be as accurate either, so they might drift more.
  16. nice one Sol, seemed like a good night and you did everything right. Sounds like the girls were getting into it too... woulda pumped 'em larf but nah +rep mate, you seem to be getting more relaxed on camera too so well done.
  17. nice one Sol, do it
  18. ah fair enough, that's alright.... that's what they want, and it's easy for you. just have fun with it mate
  19. shit... that's a solid night. take some mix cd's to give yourself a break lol
  20. rofl... random hahaha
  21. so i'm guessing this is tonight? good luck Sol and have fun with it mate!
