belkin are THE WORST possible brand of router you can buy, pos quality, buggy firmware, shit everything. I have also had loads of problems with D-Link as well both at work (randomly losing settings and auto factory resetting for no reason, buggy firmware) plus they have limited to no features i recommend linksys (cisco consumer brand) and nothing else -top quality build -stable, tested firmware -some features you would find on commercial cisco models (QoS, MAC filtering)

yes its happening, and its not ok, but even though i rage everytime at auto sync people still use it and its still out there ive come to realise that theres just no point of fighting it anymore, there will always be ppl who take the easy way out, such is life, if i had spent the amount of time and energy i spent in blowing up over every auto sync argument and focused that into something productive id be a lot more ahead than i am now

you could just setup a firewall rule to block there internet access based on IP or MAC address depending on if you got rid of that shitty belkin

use ie9 at work, its a big improvement over 8, very fast comparable to chrome, stable download manager (unlike chromes), slick minimal look. Work computers always have latest windows updates and ive never had an issue with ie9 crashing or whatnot. at home use firefox 3.6 pureley becuse of noscript and adblock plus, havnt tried ffirefox 4 yet

the main argument the ppl i spoke to about techs v stanton s150s were that they seem to think stanton are the new industry standard that are currently in production, and if there were any issues with them you could always send them back/warranty/get repaired etc that and the reasons you listed about having better torque plus cheaper
