  8. i have just purchased fl studio and looking to get into the producing side of things, after i get my head around the software, i was wondering what would be the best place to start, should i work on: 1. trying to mimic/recreate a song in FL studio 2. making a bootleg 3. remixing a song 4. making my own original song this isnt a "step me through how to be a producer" question, its a question of where should i focus all my energy first to help get the basics down cheers, hopefully the fl studio pros can point me in the right direction
  9. i think that was a good experience for you sol well done, you handled that one moron very professionally, think of it this way, if only 1 person out of the entire crowd had an issue with you and you had the rest of the people up and dancing (even if it wasnt all at the same time), then thats a pretty good strike rate, and if he was such a cocksucker you wouldnt want him to hire you for one of his nights anyway. +rep

  17. i was just reposting the article cause i found it interesting, i didnt write it lol
  18. i had the exact same issue as eggs when i first started, the time it takes from the ground to reach my ear made it slightly out, and was always confused as to why when i recorded, it sounded out, even though when i played at clubs and recording it was fine. At the clubs they usuaally have a monitor in a very good spot, usually ear level, however at home i had to have the speakers at on the ground so i just did the mixing in my cans using the master and line volumes to differentiate the two tracks
