  1. Just looking to off-load some work that is too much for me to handle. I'm looking for people who can do weddings and that type of event. Also need to find a couple of good DJ's who can play cleaner than radio edit stuff for a high school event and still make it an awesome show. If you're in Brisbane, let me know and we'll get something happening.
  2. More pics of insude would be great.
  3. That's some nice work. I got sick of not having enough room or struggling up a hill with the gear loaded in a small car, so I got a van. It's funny, not matter how big a car is, a DJ will always find a way to fill it with gear.
  4. Very nice. Neat and tidy. I'm about to do the same thing myself. Where did you get the case and how much??
  5. Exactly right. Signiture Hair Styles all round. We also have pre-op and post -op, but that's a whole other thread. Glad to be here and thank you for the warm welcome. I'll be sure to pop in as often as I can and help as much as I can.
  6. hahaha. Just realised Dennis isn't here anymore. After reading through the older posts, I'm glad you guys didn't put up with his crap like other boards do. He is a cancer on Australian DJ's who thinks he speaks for all Aussie DJs on the forums overseas. Sorry, just had to vent. Glad he is gone. I also realised this is only my 2nd post. To introduce myself, I run a small (10 person) mulit-op on QLD. We do about 500 events per year with our main work being weddings. We also do a heap of school events. Feel free to PM me if you want help with anything. I've been in the industry for 12 years and will be happy to help anyone out. Plus, I won't bug you about licences (although I do believe in keeping things legit). Cheers, this is much better place since the last time I visited. Sorry if I've distracted from this thread.
  7. Looks good. I did however have a look at your contract and it should be fixed. You need to check the spelling of Cheque. My advice would be to hire a lawyer to do up your own contract and not just take one from overseas. They have different laws to us. Try to keep the contract as simple as possible. Too many terms and conditions can scare off some people. The Entertainment Agreement I use is only 2 pages and is written in easy to understand language. But I think the basic layout of the website looks good. It's quick to navigate and has enough information to get them to call. All just my opinion of course. Best of luck with it.
