Hey everyone. A few months ago I advertised my cdj's on here and I ended up having to pull the ad cause my mate from overseas was going to buy them. Well his not coming back to Australia anymore so they are for sale again. I have put them on Ebay http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 0891810012 Reason I don't allow pick up is because I'm on call with my job and really can't guarantee a meeting time. I will refund the difference in postage. Peace.

sorry guys a good friend of mine has asked to buy them but he is in UK atm. He isn't back until late May so if he ends of dogging the deal i will re post this ad. Sorry everyone. FYI he ended up paying $2200 for the setup.

hey everyone. Its come time to part with my cdj900's and im also throwing in a mixer with it (just a ddm4000). cdj's are in MINT condition. Only reason for selling is i have upgraded to cdj2000's. These cdj's have only ever been in my house, never at any events or parties. Basically just my practise rig. I'm looking for offers. So start offering. Buyer will have to pay for postage as well.

No......just take a photo of yourself leaning up against that wall or something. It will look alot better. If people go looking for you they'd more than likely know your a dj anyway so you really dont need to emphasise that in a photo. It looks cheesy.......unless that's what your going for???
-
Yeah something not right about this photo. Better off dumping that x1 (I'm assuming thats what it is) and dump the head phones. Make your photo unique. Too many dj these days have photos with headphones on or using a mixer. Be different sol, wear a mankini or something haha. But in all seriousness do something different. It shows your unique. As For what you do thats up to you.

Hey everyone, long time no speak. I have had about a 6 month break from dj'ing. Life has been crazy! But now I'm back. I have just finished building a studio and have started a new refreshed web site and its extremely user friendly. Even have a mobile site as well which is awesome! with the launch of my new website I'm starting a new competition which will have an awesome prize every month for 6 months. Did I mention the competition is piss easy? Well it is. I will post details about that in the next few days. Just finalising some stuff with beatport..wow that was not a hint. I will add the new website along with competition details shortly. Stay tuned. Its good to be back.

If 2 dj's are behind the decks I would expect some mind blowing shit. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk

fair enough, when i bought mine it was when they were first released so they were fair expensive, getting it from the states saved me about $500. Nothing beats that new feeling....knowing no one has spooged all over your equipment, keep that in mind afetr you have played with it the first time. Wash your hands before you eat hahahaha
-
you could always get it from the states....its not the consumers of Australia that are at fault because our prices are ridiculously high. http://cgi.ebay.com/Akai-APC40-APC-40-A ... 861wt_1159

i've got one and use it frequently, to put it quite simply.........once you have one you wont ever want to get rid of it.....best investment i have made second to my cdj's. versatility is a good thing about the unit

i think the bigger question in all of this is.....what are we advertising??? A forum.................. i think we require more content on this site before the slightest thought of advertising should come into someones mind. I say this because most people will come here, join post few comments then piss off, never to be heard from again.....If more content was available those people who would have just pissed off might stay around... I've said this before though.

How Many Songs (Full Versions) Have you have ?

all my full length stuff is in rekordbox so 4790 -
well i think this is fair espescially when your starting out and unless you become professional i dont think the hourly rate should exceed $30 an hour. After all generally if your a club dj all the gear is provided.....mobile dj'ing is different you have to provide lighting, sound etc...so your hourly rate can be bumped up a bit. I love dj'ing but in reality we aint worth much, not in comparison to other jobs out in that big world of ours. Lets face it if your planning on dj'ing as a career you may as well become an actor because the unemployment rate is about the same. Money is in production (and thats because people producing music generally have some type of degree or qualification) these days not dj'ing...not like 20 years ago. i know its real negative but its the truth.....and it hurts

yeah....and if you want to support an aussie get some shit done by tydi

And NO the trance scene is not dying....its on holidays. Its a viscious cycle, it will be back at some point but when.....no one knows. Trance is still huge in europe. Even the states has a fairly big trance scene these days......in fact you'd almost say Australia is falling behind.....nothing new really.

armada label shit and anjunabeats stuff is generally all good
