Yeah it does fold down so you can carry it in under your arm or sit flat on a trolley. Simple to make out of ply or craftwood and piano hinges. The benchtop just sits on top of the stand and is big enough for the console I used here or you could put a full-size roadcase on top. And covered in grey felt that matches the speakers, my console (and my amp case which is behind the stand).

Here are some old pics of my mobile setup. The stand was dead easy to make and even easier to cart around. I made it to the height that suited me and I'm able to hide away my amp and messy cabling behind it.

These guys are currently touring Oz. Anyone seen them or plan to? I just checked out some of their Soundcloud mixes and they are pretty crazy. In one they even sampled the Microsoft Windows closing tune.

I carry my mirrorball in one of those milkcrate-like storage boxes. My strobe and other lights I carry in a hard samsonite-like case which I used to carry my vinyl in. Was actually originally some sort of computer equipment case so I kept the foam lining in it. Whatever works for you.

When I do a NYE gig I've always asked a premium price. Makes it worthwhile giving up your night of partying when you know you're making good coin. BTW, not working NYE at this stage (have been known to get a late call-up) but am working Xmas Eve.

Yeah, you can record your mixes directly onto a USB stick.

Looks like Store DJ have a shipment of S4's in stock. WHich means the other stores probably have them as well. Only previously ordered road cases though.

I would have gone up to $250 on this. But I'm a tight-arse. lol

I have a fold up stand that I sit my console on. No extra surface for anyone to put their glasses into. Simple!

DJaz are you happy with the $305 you got for them?

FYI last time he listed these (but had a non-paying buyer) they eventually went for $1225.
