pretty sure you can use an external / internal soundcard. last time i skyped i had to switch across from my external soundcard to my internal because i don't have a mic. try that one out
This is really bad (I guess) but I have a standard mastering preset I've made and for each track I just adjust the eq. Takes me about 20mins tops to master a tune now. When I was getting it done by someone else I had mixed results. Now I just chuck it into my preset and most if the time it sounds decent so that's all I'm worried about since I'm not too fussed on getting my doof signed.
yo yo i've got a quick question to ask in regards to encoding your ISRC code in Logic or Waveburner. I use to get it done by the guy that was mastering my tunes before i started doing them (not that i'm any better lol) and he used toast. i don't have toast so i'm wondering if Waveburner does it or if there's a way you can do it in the bounce down in the Master thingie in Logic??
When i play my transitions can be a little longer sometimes but you can try to eq out some of the mids, put on a high or lowpass filter or dropping the level. It's mostly in the eq so best thing to do is just to feel it
