Im gona have to talk here, The s4 isn't really made for beat matching (e.g. the tiny faders and the position of the jog wheels) Personally, I don't mind if they use it, as long as they CAN beatmatch normally, it doesn't matter to me. GTFO, just get out if you even consider using the sync button then you are not a DJ, if you use sync you might as well be running nightlife... if its hard to beatmatch on then maybe it shouldnt be a DJ controller If you do sync it gives you more time and freedom to be creative with effects and morphing the track etc. I'd say a fair few people sync these days anyway

yeah i'm was planning to do a full mos sessions style. ok so here's the thing. i was on my phone and figured it'd take too long to explain so now i'm at my laptop it will be easier i'm doing a compilation for a retail store. they're providing me with a track list which is pretty cool but i might have a chat about getting some housey remixes for it rather then the original junk

I saw a video of knife party at the brissy show where skrillex made a guest appearance. Intro was dope but the only thing that everyone does at festivals is have a massive intro, kill the mood during the middle and go out with a bang... Sometimes. Was still cool too see that though

perfect time to experiment! if you have an effects unit then go crazy with that or just go basic and try filtering out frequencies with the eq on the mixer
