  1. slipmats!! woooo lol
  2. yeah there is but it would be as easy as say using the time warp in ableton.... with logic you highlight an area(say 4 bars) and the audio clip youve slected will stretch itself to the length of 4 bars. ah ok. sorry dude, i just got logic and havnt really gone too far into it. just assumed it was easy coz the guy at the apple shop was telling me how much of a life saver it is
  3. Yeah I'll timestamp it when I get a chance to. Just had to quickly throw it up last night edit: mix now timestamped
  4. There's time stretch in logic 9 which makes it a lot easier. I'm yet to use it so I'm not sure exactly how it works but there should be vids on YouTube

  16. didnt think you could get the 400 anymore... they're basically exactly. only thing different is what you said - 350 is newer
  17. im chasing a VST > AU conversion program so i can use my Native Insrtument VST's with Logic. can anyone share one this way?
  18. just get a mic and record what you want to say and then go nuts with the filters. i recorded something from an online voice generator and after playing around with a few filters it sounded alright
  19. Matt is real good. always helps and he knows everything. best of luck
  20. i wouldnt moan too much to be honest. needles that come with packages are usually fine for beginner / home use. id say, learn to mix with vinyl first and wear out the needle you already have before upgrading - otherwise you're going to be paying an extra few hundred when you don't really need to
  21. LOGIC!!!!!!! comes tomorrow lol
  22. amen to this brutha! i've ditched the electro world and gone back to drum n bass just because of the pure shit thats out at the moment. a mate of mine was saying at stereosonic, everyone sounded the same and he was saying every dj played the same tunes. join the world of the broken beats
  23. Nice write up. Just to add to the California dreaming bit, I learnt with these tracks too and they're very good starting out with. Solid kicks. Add to that, Satisfaction - Benny Bennasi
  24. Dc breaks has some good stuff. Picked up a few today
  25. Mixing dnb is a lotta fun so enjoy and cupe - shit dude! I'll be investigating some of those myself oh ps for anyone that cares: j majik and wikedman have a sick dubstep ep out ATM. Feel for you / assassin
