lol yeh im over the car scene too. havnt been on meets or to shows for a while now. mainly log in to share the music now. i think most of the perth boys here came over from AL. you may have seen this on either AL or a few posts here (if you've had a browse) but if you're confused as to which direction you want to go down in terms of the whole gear > budget ratio then go speak to Matt or Sarah down at the DJ Factory

I remember playing a gig back in high school and we repeated a song in windows media player (obviously no audio came through it) and we had it running all night (was about 6hrs)

if this makes sense.. i play full sets in a mini mix style. so i'll throw in a few mashups, a few cuts etc. i find it more exciting to be as busy as possible while mixing in a club

arkaos is not too bad for some quick vids. its a full v-dj program but you could load up some loops and just let it go sick for an hour
