Contact ya local Lions/Rotary clubs, hire their halls, and have em cook the fucking snags for donations during the day. Keep the hall hired throughout the night and the BBQ's running. Or get the bowls clubs on side for drinks and old fart bowls with the gear cranking outside. Bowls clubs have enough real estate to be pretty loud without disturbing neighbours.
