Hey guys, I'm reasonably new to the forum from the Gold Coast.. How ya all doin! Thought I might show ya some pics of my new gear I got a couple of weeks ago.... Tried to get a scratch battle happening a little bit back, but we're all pretty busy.. but if anyone is still interested I would be keen, although have to wait a couple of weeks before my Internet becomes un-shaped again, LOL. and for anyone that hasn't played with an ns7.. I'm a pretty die-hard scratch enthusiast and they scratch pretty darn good, just short of the real thing Numark NS7 + 24" iMac + JBL LSR2328P's. LET'S BATTLE!! .. execute

Hey all, Graham (aka. dj elixr) from the G/C, QLD. Hope everyone is well and very excited to stumble across an Australian DJ forum.... I'm primarily a scratch DJ, so love getting on the skratch with hip-hop, breakbeat, reggae etc.. but have a love almost equally for my dance .. hardstyle, house, trance.. but number one is phat gritty elektro for me. Just recently sold up my Serato SSL and technics vinyl gear and bought a new Numark NS7 (if you don't know what i'm talkin about - ) and a pair of JBL LSR 2300's last week.. totally stoked so can't wait to start using it and sharing some sets and vids on this forum Chat soon. graham aka. elixr

That's fine Caleupe. That's why I'm thinking you can start when you want as might be a better chance I could track down the tune being digital. Do you have any battle records?

Also how do you want to work it? Caleupe do you want to submit a 2-3min and we do it "Q & A" style? you pull a few techniques and we'll submit a youtube reply? If you send an mp3 of the tune, or tell us the name we can use the same beat, I reckon that will be better for battle I have any of the QBert Dirtstyle mp3s and/or heaps of instrumentals / acapellas. We could also use the same sample if we have it.. Awaiting your response.... also just bought a new Numark NS7 (sooo happy with it) and some JBL LSR monitors so this will be a great way to start a fresh test
