  4. hey mate been a while since i looked at it. and im sure some of the more tech or equip cats like wazza or the dude that did the bin speakers (name escapes me right now) can provide better input... anyways i think your best bit will be to buy a cheap soundcard from dick smith or similar store, and just wire your mixer record outputs to that. and then use audacity to record your set. if i find the time ill link you to some

reece low, juicy - fuck it up (swit remix) https://soundcloud.com/swit/reece-low-feat-juicy-fuck-it cop this shiz http://www.beatport.com/track/fuck-it-u ... ix/3479815
  7. cool cool. but i guess thats where we disagree. using it as a crate (which i do), you simply just load song to deck then mix as you normally would. so i still fail to understand how serato does this any better. in fact because of the ctrl + arrow function to load tracks in traktor you can almost say traktor is even easier to load tracks to deck.
  8. why? it sounds like he wanted something that would allow him to have access to digital music without having to burn cd's or have cdj's with usb functionality. and at same time allow him the ability to use turntables in the future. so how could serato be more suited than traktor? i would say neither is more suited than the other Because Serato for that usage is more suitable? If you are after more virtual decks, lots of effects and capabilities with pads like Maschine etc i would go for Traktor. no its not... i have used both for a few years now. and if all you need is a music crate they are both exactly the same. if you would like lots of effects and all that jazz, then yes traktor is more suited. but if you dont, then both would work perfectly fine. anyways, my opinion from what you have asked get whichever one you can get the cheapest

  10. very nice richo. that chorus is wicked. nice beats again too by your holmie
  11. yeh depends on the tunes and depends on the MC. amanda blank and spank rock and heaps of the people in that baltimore bass club scene, started off as MCs at clubs. So as the DJ mixed tracks they would jump in. Doing quick four bar rhymes or just general hype ups. and in the chicago house scene in the very beginning i believe it was the same. Thats why in that doco about the origins of dance music they interviewed those guys who said they just looped a lame four bar rap they did and the track went on to be a classic
  12. that is so freaking cool

  18. not only my fave BEP track but one of my fave tracks of all time. of all time. and it is fergie that makes this track. this was also a good track. not saying as good as anything from the previous two albums. but still an awesome track. I just don't believe in hating for hating sake.
  19. 100% disagree. that first album w fergie had some of their best tracks ever. boogie that B is the shiz. and i was a BEP fan for a while. yes the next album was balls. and the next one was dead doggs balls. And i didnt even bother after that.
