just googled him and saw he remixed louis la roche - prick stick. cool. anyone get on that track, it rocks. was one of my fave of the week when i bought it. love the short phat bass riffs in it.

cant say im into it. not my sound, a little too minimal at least for listening. that big block in the middle was all a bit same same. like the little poppy synth sounds in the last section. very deep, i assume thats what you were going for. other then that very pro sounding as usual from your camp.

and yeah why you not pimpin the pop that pussy mix? it rocks. check it all at the slop rock sound cloud. loved 2live crew in the day. i got the do wah diddy 12 inch still. and someone would always come thru with the pussy 12 no matter which house party we went to! did you check the benny blanco/ spank rock collabo where the whole thing was done using two live crew cuts and samples. one of my fave albums of all time.

oh yeah, fat and funky how i like it. got almost a disco vibe going. i can see where cupe is going with the muffled vocal, but i like it i think its fine. especially that high vocal in the background making up part of the melody. that sequence from 2.40 where it drops to just beats and vocal into the more layered part is my fave bit. gets a bit breaky while keeping its funkiness. i really like the sound of this.

take 2... did tomy get back to you re: the beat. i treminded me of the riva starr track (not a single i dont think) where he goes all mediteranean. not that it was the same, just reminded me. that first build up and drop was really good, nice build into the arcade sounds. and loving those. especially that 3d sound thing (not sure what to call it, where it sounds like its going in and out, reverby but not reverby atually moving). also changing up the arcade melody at 1.50 was good so not repetitive. and then a nice change for an outro, before getting right stupid (in the good way) at the end. another track id buy. wheres the dl bee-hatch ha ha. ill send the $ in the mail.

funky mannn. i could see this in a quiet part of a straight up house set. just blend in some horns or a dirty bassline from somewhere in the outro...prob from 2.50 when it becomes all beats. also because i dont really like that section from 3.15. i know its a dubsteppy sound, but i guess not my sound. its okay when you bring the rest of the sounds back for the outro. and your right great use of the vocal.

hey man. i like this one and yeah do see the dust bros comparison, in terms of feel and that whole industrial sound, but the dubstep beat. very dark, lovin that growl sound. again i like your sense of percussion. that hi-hat (i thinks) sound right thru, its use of gaps or the breakdown at 3.10ish makes it quite hypnotic. the phrase between 2.19 and the break down was a little same same as the one just passed, but from breakdown to end it was good. prob one of my faves of your tracks. wheres the download or you gonna ep it again....

too right. i always thought people always focused too much on tax cuts rather then better spending of our tax. id rather pay more tax and maintain our welfare state to help the needy, and improve health and education and shyte.

nah i disagree they will never be non-existent, purely because the more taboo it is the more "cooler" it will seem to the young. however yes making it expensive will slowly make it difficult, or drive it underground the way of wacky weed. which is taboo, illegal but highly available and used. also addiction is a little more than just the heart rate blood pressure thing. the nicotine actually stimulates a part of the brain, which if you dont give it another hit go crazy, which makes you want the hit hence causing the addiction. of course if you never stimulated that part of the brain, you would not want it, so best not start!! i too aint big on it. im not a hater, like i dont really give a shyte, but would never pick it up maself. done it right thru yr 11 & yr12 but got off as figured got plenty of other health issues i have to look forward too

the turnies from orig post went for $1,200. incl. the mixer thats a bargain! the st-150's got scooped at buy it now $650 for 2 which was a bargain too. the djm 800 is way over 1G now so f-bomb that for a dollar.

is that the real dj moto as in jun and the club joint all-stars and shit. he's the bar when it comes to hip hop/ rnb club dj's (as opposed to hip hop/ breaks or turntablists). i remember a lot of places using his name on a flyer to get crowds, and he's either just hanging or it was dj motto and they did the flyer wrong (i really got suckered into this one. i was even so happy cuz the lineup was down the street and i try never to line up, and somehow we managed to bullshit our way thru only to see the same dj, who wasnt moto, play for the whole night., and he sucked ass).

side topic: that distant relatives (nas & damien marley) is tha shyte. top album this year now. broooklyn hip hop w/ a reggae spin; or some reggae tracks with some conscious rapping. a few radio friendlies but even these are pretty good.
