There is still more to do to clear your Mac's disk space. You can find out those large files on your Mac and delete them if you don't need them.
Simply Launch Finder. Locate the search field and choose This Mac. Then make the File Size to "is greater than ##MB".
Those Large files will show up then, and you get to decide whether to keep them.
If you are familiar with Terminal, you can also do the cleaning with it. Just type in these command:
sudo rm -rf /private/var/log/*
rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/*
sudo rm -rf Voices/*
