you have an audio 8 right? try uninstalling the other 2.

hmm your seeing the red'd out sign because your audio 8 is not connected... or recognised..

well theres your problem.. if your audio 8 isnt "connected" or recognised.. then it wont work and be locked to software... try using diff port..

pull the audio 8 out and re plug it back in.. are you using windows or mac? what OS>?

ok this may seem stupid... but is your audio 8 plugged into your computer/laptop via usb.. when you do plug it in is it detected as an AUDIO 8... have you selected "External mode" ?

or even better have you tried going through the setup wizard..? what gear do you have?

copy the settings in my screen shots in the above post.. and then test.. make sure you have the time coded cd's in your cd players.. and all the connections right.. =D

lets hope it helps haha.. it might not even work..

chill you two haha. its always good to ask some one who has had first hand experience with the gear. its better then someone who just wrote it because they were paid to do it... either way there is a bias. =D although its good to read reviews but it is also good to ask for other peoples opinions
