  1. This link was old hardstyle to me, now that I still listen to hardstyle still in 2017 and will continue to, but I have heard of its origins before and have come across the early hardstyle kick drum sound using a synthesizer named Junglist/Hydra. Really made the same kick drum sounds heard in your old school rave vid you posted. I truly can't believe that's real footage of an old school Australian Rave, the first Rave I went to would of been Q-Dance 2007 in Australia, this is 1993 your video LOL nice share thanks for that i enjoyed listening
  2. Post your new mix here if you finish it, and if its melbourne bounce I'll follow you on soundcloud sooner rather than later!
  3. Hi2u Matt Ingle! I am also new to these forums, nice to see you make an introduction post top effort! I loved your bounce productions, hoping you have some more recent productions you could let your buddies on the AUSDJ Forums preferably Melbourne Bounce hear? Solid sound cloud profile I liked your trance track as well, nice. Have fun on these forums and visit the battlegrounds for some action and fun!
  4. I don't think you need to wake up any sleeping giants lol but this competition may turn out to be a lot of fun
  5. Wow am I amazed, 25 tracks what an effort let alone 30 tracks in 30 minutes that is serious.- if you use the 3 cue/drop buttons then the sky is your limit in such a competition, I thought it would take the fun out of it using cue points. Good luck! I may try again but doubt I can beat 25 tracks. Thanks keep entering lets see what the highest track count we can get on aus dj forums. cheers!
  6. Nice work, an album killer. All the best with it hope to see that mix.
  7. Any takers . . . . come on step right up bring your advantages, disadvantages and anything else in between. Whatever they are, and submit a mix, i'll promise to listen and even give feed back if asked, so your time is not wasted, just try beat 19 tracks
  8. Well said man looks like you have it all covered, hope to hear from you wouldn't mind a melbounce bounce mix though, personally it would be highly appreciated mate!
  9. Nice man, well why don't you try smash out a melbourne bounce set and fit as many under 30 mins, it must be easy with that experience.
  10. Glad to hear I hope you submit a mix i'll hear them out for sure, Melbourne Bounce is another option for 128BPM Back off my smoke break try get those mixes posted ASAP Can't wait .
  11. I have just completed what I believe to be a good Hardstyle mash-up of two fav's. Cop Killa by Typhoon and Push It To The Limit by Unbreakable enjoy the mash up. FYI The track has a 1 bar break so impossible to mash those two on any further and I thought I'd let the track play out thus the long duration with much smaller mash up section!
  12. Just off to work before I do i wanted to invite you all to participate in a 128BPM REMIX COMPETITION. To start off with my Electro-House mix has 19 tracks in under half an hour. Try beat or match it, plus it'd be nice to hear your mix, enjoy mine. The only rules are that the mix must be 128bpm and the genre is open to that BPM, mixes can go above or under 30:00 minutes by no more than 01:30sec. Good luck I'll check back on my lunch break if anyone was interested, and over the coming week or so! Have a great day!
