Yes I mix in key. I used Mixed in key. This mix wasn't too long in the making. I made it over a couple of days. The idea was for it to be spontaneous and fun. I made it for my 28 year old son who is heading off to Bali and who loves a bit of house. Generally it's what I play. I probably wouldn't have included LOVE by Purple Disco Machine or Holding On by Julio Bashmore if it wasn't for Joe but I actually quite like them on there. And obviously I start with the midtempo Inland Knights thing. Overall it just felt like a pretty solid house mix though. The kind of stuff I've been playing for around twenty years. I've never been scared of playing different sorts of house together as long as they keep the groove.

It's a fairly dubbed out, very danceable and tracky type of house music that sounds great on soundsystems in a field : ) Has soul and balls while still easy on the ear : )
