Hello there! I want to get into more involved djing from a background in ableton live (playing songs and adding effects/samples/looping etc.) I have a couple of questions is there a comparative beat repeat function in any dj program similar to live's? As in when beat repeat is activated, the song continues to play silently, so when the effect is turned off, the song has moved on from where the beat repeat started. Is the following setup effective or should I go for more regular? 1 turntable with serato scratch going into serato/mixxx through audio interface A midi controller with a cross fader setup to control regular dj mixer functions and swap which deck the vinyl time code is controlling Launchpad to trigger effects/looping/samples/etc Or if not, what can you recommend in the way of a hybrid setup? Lastly, do dj programs support vst effects? Thanks for your help Seb
