  10. didn't mean it at all in a bad way man :S didn't mean to offend
  11. The major difference that ive picked it that fidget house feels a lot faster than techno, check out this track, pretty sure thats an alright example of fidget house: http://hypem.com/search/fidgets%20live/1/
  12. WIKIPEDIA: Fidget house is a style of house music that is "defined by snatched vocal snippets, pitch-bent basslines and rave-style synth stabs over glitchy 4/4 beats."[1] Fidget house incorporates bassline house, electro, techno, breakbeat, Chicago house, rave, UK garage, US hip-hop, Baltimore club, and Kuduro. apparently it has wobble-bass
  13. awesome, you should record me something sometime. I checked your track as well i liked it
  14. oh and right on the end there maybe a fade on the high eq would help. seems like it just a lil too quick
  15. i like it, the bass line seems a lil bit messy, i dunno if thats just my speakers though lol. theres a lot of it! haha generally yea pretty cool
  16. Sorry not really a track but a short mix that i did and recorded... i'd love it if some of you guys would check it out and give me some advice on improving. http://www.mediafire.com/?t0gjffqtvaf
  17. lol crookers supposedly fits into fidget at times... umm i dunno that id call it fidget either... fidget is usually a lil faster isnt it? not so sure id expect to hear this in a club or anything
  18. Hey question for blodders, what material was it that you used as the surfaces for your unit? was it mdf or something else?
  19. having just turned on my cdj's to listen to some music whilst contemplating this project and calling bunnings to get an estimate on some wood i have just noticed a further trouble with ebedding the cdj's/mixer into the table... unfortunately pioneer had the excellent idea of putting the power buttons at the back of all their products. how the hell am i going to turn it all on the dj if the power button is inside my table..... lots of contemplation to be done
  20. oh just a note... unfortunately cdj's are curved at the corners which is proving a difficulty.
  21. Just begging to undertake a similar project, just finishing up my drawing of what i wanna do on microstation, im an engineering student.
  22. GTronics track not on beatport yet?
  23. ummm just another one of the tracks that i bought n loved. Calvin Harris - Not Alone (DeadMau5 Remix)
  24. Yup me again. Erm so i dunno if anyone is still interested but i've just hit up Boys Noize - Oh! (A-Trak Remix) which i thought was rather hot.
  25. Oright so im sure this is a track that i SHOULD be able to find but i dunno im doing ridiculously badly. 'everything you want, everything you need' lil bit of a housey sound. sure there would be some good mixes, anyone know the title/artist?
