If the sample is in the public domain then it's ok to use. But if it isn't, then you have to contact the owner of the original recording and they're going to want a cut. However, if you chop up a sound good enough to where no one can tell where it's from, then you might get away with it.

Been using Logic Pro X since it dropped. Haven't ran into a bug yet

Don't work on any mixing or effects adding until after that tracking is done. For me it just slows down the creative process
