Same here - iTunes puts iTuns of load on your PC which I don't like for a music organiser / player.. WTF change your preferences with an update??! Haven't used this but heard it's not too bad http://www.mediamonkey.com/ Doesn't sync properly with SSL tho which I use a lot so stick with iTunes for now until I can find an alternative..

Definitely agree with you here. Been to plenty of shows where the crowd didn't pay attention and they didnt pull the DJ. A-Trak played at a really commercial city night spot in Melbourne and the people at the front had their back turned talking to each other after about 15 minutes into his set. Wasn't quite the standard of the Mansion, but still. They let him play out regardless. Same with DJ Rectangle and now I hear Revolution is playing somewhere there too. I wouldn't ask either of them to step off stage. Promoters gotta do their market research.
