yeah i was going to mention something, i pretty much the same setup cept for a numark mixer no roadcases and some HD215 headphones for $2100 brand new. didnt bother though because people will usuualy try and haggle down a few 100 which would of bought the price down a bit

i choose this one. so should i send it in like this to see if the other guys digs it enough. or send it in with the -3bd headroom. when doing the -3db headroom whats the best way of doing it. cause as it is now. i do the mixdown i mute everything accept for the kick and get the kick peaking at -6, then slowly un mute everything, adjusting everything so it dosent hit over 0. do i i do that so that the master peaks at -3db when im finished. or should i do what i ussualy do, bounce the track, import it in as a audio file then master it down to -3db?

Anyopne had some bad experiences with computers. This is my one. Nice responses. I had a massive problem at the start of last year. Parents went away for 2 months and my dad said 'DO NOT touch my work computer, i know its extremely unlikely that you will brake it, but i cant take the chance' anyway my laptop was playing up and i was keen to make some music, and i put FL on his computer AGES ago, booted it up and started to make some beats and it shut itself down...... i just thought FUCK what did i do. everytime i tried turning it back on it would go to a blue screen and the fan inside would just go fucking crazy, like it sounded like a jet engine and the only way it would turn off was to turn it off at the wall ( kind of like a toyota, then fan just randomly burst into topspeed and i couldnt shut it off) My fucking luck hey, touch his computer once and it shits itself. Turned out there was a certain type of heat glue or something under the fan that had worn away which caused this, and it happened to loose its shit the moment i used the computer. shit luck hey. i copped a massive earfull when my dad got home, then received a big apology when he found out it was his fault for not getting the glue shit redone and the computer serviced. was shit though because happened at the start of the 2 months so the whole time i was just thinking 'dads going to flip it, dads going to flip it, im dead.".......deffinatly made the most of those 2 months haha

havnt listned to any of tracks you mentioned cause im at work. But jacking house is closley assoscaited with wonky fidget and chicago house i think. Very bouncy basslines, lots of vocal shop, odd sounds used for the perc, and ussualy a pretty simple bassline/synth. Look up artists such as Hijack, Tom EQ, Potatoe Heads, kyle watson, all of these producers make jacking house as well as fidget so you may find some tracks of their nothing like jacking house. Your best bet is to look up the Hijack febuary 2009 mix and the October 2009 mix, both over an house of pretty much pure jacking hosue and also dabbled into a bit of bouncy fidget. Hijack is a god in my eyes haha.
