400's are fine to get, its what i use and i made the transition into the club scene fine. they are exactly the same cept the cdj has a few extra features and a bigger platter

id i had that setup it would go like this CDJ-TT-MIXER-CDJ-TT keep one TT close for scratching

yeah man, dj numark is the bomb, i remember repping a DJ numark hat from yr 7 to 9, then i lost it haha. when i first heard this track back then i wouldnt of had a clue of the technical side of it, but i tracked it down this morning after not hearing it for a good few years. and just amazes me how cool it is.

i think it should be fine man. logic is about 60gig's big so youll still have 100gig left. im able to run over 10 instance of Massive in logic with out my laptop slowing up. im not to smart with computers but yours seems to be alot more powerfull then mine. id wait till someone with a bit more knowledge answers though. im not 100%

this is my mac Processor 2.4GHZ intel core 2 duo Memory 2GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM Macbook 4,1 its pretty old, had no mods what so ever and it runs fine with logic (only have about 6 gigs of free space left and its sweet.)
