no. you can play a mix in a club and it will sounds fine, because it is so loud and alot of low end... play that exact same mix through your computer speakers and youll notice the fuck ups. because the mid and high end dosent have to compete with all the low end sub bass. so if your kicks are the tinest bit out youll notice through the computer speakers, but through a big system it will seem like your doing a flawless mix

You mean the sine wave, amirite? yep think what he is getting at is dubstep these days is more about then mid range distortion bass then the sub bass which is how it used to be, and how chev loves it ill try find a good tut on making a booming sub

i like it, but then again everything can be improved if you have the time and money and manpower. i dont see any reason to change it just yet, maybe if we start getting heaps and heaps of people visiting

thats because its out of time.... that happens alot, you might have shitty headphones or have your headphones blasting so you can tell your kicks are a little bit out. what audacity records is EXACTLY what comes out of the mixer.... ive done it a few times recording a mix, thought it was sweet, then re-listned to it and a few mixers wer a bit out. mind you i was using shot headphones with only 1 ear working

i love in albino how you can blend the 2 waveforms on each oscilator, i still prefer massive though, i find it alot simpler but at the same time alot more versitile. you can automate anything haha i recon its all down to personal preferance

k im just gonna post a few dubstep tutorial's for massive in here. and before you watch these and say 'this isnt that sound' no, your right its not, most of these sounds you can not just simply make in massive, you need certain effects/ do a bit of resampling blah blah blah. who cares, this will get you close enough and at least youll learn some stuff that you will be able to incorporate into your own tracks. and before anyone says anything about 'dont copy other people's sounds' - - copying other people's sounds is a great way of learning things to expand your knowledge so youll be able to create your own sounds....need to start somewhere yeah First up, Skrillex Doctor P Talking bass (no talking, just watch what he does) Datsik/excision style bass rusko/caspa - cockney thug
