Hey guys and girls! I realise that trying to sell something in my first post is probably not going to win me any friends! - but please bare with me.... I used to write electronic music in the early 2000's and beginning my career as a chef, then studying again to be a school teacher led me astray from my passion. Anyway... long story short, I have my beloved Roland XP80 just sitting in the box not doing anything and I feel it should go to a good home. Before I put it up on Ebay, I thought I would see if anyone on the forums would like it. (I have been out of the game for so long that I don't even know if people still use synths like this???) I bought it for around $2000 in 1999... I think. The bottom two keys don't work anymore, but the other 74 work just fine! All the mechanics, sequencing and real time controls work just like they did 12 years ago. I realise this is now a vintage item and may not be in way attractive to anybody... but hopefully you won't be shy and let me know where its at! By the way, I live in BrisVegas and would be willing to arrange courier if required. I haven't posted any pics, but will happily add some if required. I have found some on Ebay going for $700-$800, but to be honest I have no idea on a price. I guess I would be happy with $600??? Please let me know if anyone has any interest, or if you can point me in the direction to someone who might. Thanks All Justin
